Your responsibilities
Building and leading a team of professionals in wind project development
Strategic alignment and support of the team throughout the entire value chain of wind project development
Monitoring project development, including identification and securing of land, planning and approval
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies in project development strategies
Coordination of internal departments and external stakeholders, such as landowners, municipalities, and authorities
Supporting acquisition managers in land securing and other contract negotiations
Representing the company to politics, authorities, landowners, tenants, and local communities
Developing and implementing effective strategies for the acquisition and development of wind projects
Monitoring project progress and adjusting measures to achieve goals
Your profile
A technical college and/or university degree in a relevant field such as geography, urban planning, business administration, or engineering
Vocational training with relevant experience in the wind energy sector
Extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably in wind energy
Preferably leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
High level of initiative, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication skills in German
Good English skills
