As a Product Strategist, you will spearhead the development of core banking payment capabilities, standards, and systems.
About This Role:
* You will steer the content of the Core Payment team, actively participating in iteration ceremonies and fusion team meetings.
* You will collect and communicate product vision and strategy to development teams, stakeholders, and organization members.
* You will prioritize stories in the team backlog, ensuring continuous flow of work.
* You will monitor performance and propose improvements to Product Manager and Business Analysts.
* You will track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) agreed with stakeholders.
* You will elaborate story content to enable developers to build.
* You will report product performance, including data analysis.
* You will participate in Product Management team and PO/PM Community of Practice.
* You will ensure documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements:
* University degree (BAC+5).
* Fluency in English and French.
* Banking experience with strong customer service skills.
* Required experience: 5-10 years.
* Domain expertise: T24, Salesforce, Omnitracker, Confluence, Jira, digitalization of customer journeys.
* Certified Product Owner or willingness to pursue certification is an advantage.
