Responsibilities
2. Own and execute the 2026 marketing plan for Central Europe
3. Lead integrated campaigns across digital, offline, PR, and events
4. Manage team capacity, priorities, and stakeholder alignment
5. Monitor campaign performance and sales impact using analytics
6. Represent marketing in sales meetings and quarterly C-level reviews
7. Collaborate with trade marketing and local teams to ensure regional activation
8. Travel regionally and internationally (approx. 4x/year)
Profile
9. 5+ years of marketing experience, including leadership and project ownership
10. Fluent in German (native) and English
11. Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication style
12. Experience with central marketing, localization, and media buying
13. Data-driven mindset with CRM and analytics understanding
14. Motivating, hands-on personality with a proactive and realistic approach

Salary information
19. Salary: Approx. €80,000/year
