Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Leader to spearhead our global talent management initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a forward-thinking professional with a proven track record in strategic talent development and leadership.
In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive committee and drive key initiatives that foster a high-performance culture across the organization. Your expertise in designing and executing learning strategies will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead global talent management programs, including leadership development, learning, succession planning, and performance management
* Act as a trusted advisor to the executive committee on all talent-related topics
* Drive key initiatives such as 360° feedback, mentoring, coaching, and organizational talent reviews
* Foster a strong company culture and boost employee engagement through impactful programs and tools
* Oversee the design and execution of learning strategies using platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and GoFluent
* Lead and develop a team of direct and functional reports across several countries
* Ensure strategic alignment of talent development initiatives with business needs and growth objectives
* Collaborate closely with global and local HR teams to drive high-performance culture across the organization
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic talent or leadership development role in a global or regional context. You should also possess:
* Proven ability to design and lead global talent agendas at executive level, ideally in international matrix organizations (pharma or FMCG background is a plus)
* Strong presence and credibility to influence and challenge senior leadership, including Board-level stakeholders
* Strategic thinker with business acumen and the ability to link talent initiatives to measurable business outcomes
* Experienced people leader with a successful track record of managing and developing international teams
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
