Your mission
20. Develop and maintain AI-driven applications and services used in our financial analytics environment
21. Implement and optimize LLM-based features, including fine-tuning and evaluation improvements
22. Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and work with vector databases
23. Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern LLM agent frameworks into our systems
24. Improve CI/CD and deployment workflows in Kubernetes environments (e.g., ArgoCD, Helm)
25. Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers and other technical teams
26. Contribute ideas, improvements and innovations to continuously advance our AI and data infrastructure
Your profile
27. Degree in Data Science, Information Engineering or a related field
28. 3–5 years of professional experience in an AI/ML engineering environment
29. Proven track record in developing productive AI applications, especially with LLMs
30. Strong Python programming skills
31. Proficiency when working with Docker and Kubernetes
32. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or ArgoCD required
33. High attention to detail, precise working style and strong focus ability
34. Strong interest in stock markets, capital markets and financial systems
35. Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal), German is a plus
