PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR ORGANISATION
The Manager Risk Management manages the assessment of assigned risks and opportunities, manages risk & opportunity analysis, manages risk & opportunity aggregation, creates risk & opportunity reports, and conducts risk management training and workshops with internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves introducing, maintaining, and implementing improvements to IT applications used for Enterprise Risk Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Risk & Opportunity Assessment
1. Manage assessment (i.e., identification and evaluation) of assigned enterprise risks and opportunities collaborating with subject matter experts across all company functions
2. Manage the creation of risk and opportunity reports for, e.g., the Executive Board, the Leadership Group and the Audit Committee
3. Support creation of risk and opportunity section in annual report in line with external regulatory requirements
4. Analyze risks and opportunities and manage quantitative risk & opportunity aggregation
5. Manage quantitative measurement of company’s risk profile against company’s risk capacity and risk appetite
6. Support fact-based decisions by creating transparency in risks, risk handling and opportunities across the company worldwide
Risk Management System
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management system (process & methodology)
8. Maintain IT applications and analytical tools used for Enterprise Risk Management
9. Design, develop and implement analytical tools for risk management (e.g., scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, simulations, etc.)
10. Support data analysis and effective data exchange with other assurance functions (e.g., Internal Audit, Internal Controls)
Guidance and Coaching
11. Actively keep up to date with the latest trends in the fields of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
12. Provide expertise for risk management system and processes towards own team and other internal stakeholders

28. Profound analytical skills (e.g., qualitative and quantitative analysis, statistical analysis, scenario analysis) managing large data quantities from multiple sources
29. Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization (PowerBI), experience with Advanced Analytical tools such as R/Python a plus
30. Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills required

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
37. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Law, or Information Systems
38. MBA in a field related to Finance, Risk Management, Strategic Management, Information Systems is an advantage.
39. Minimum of 5 years professional experience, thereof at least 2 years in a governance role (i.e., Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit or Internal Controls), in an Enterprise Risk Management related consultancy role, in a Finance or Data Analytics role; experience in an international environment ideally within Consumer Goods Industry
