As our Team Lead Account Management, you'll play a key role in driving customer success, retention, and growth across the DACH region. You'll lead, coach, and empower a team of Account Managers to deliver measurable impact for our clients - from SMBs to enterprise brands - while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and leadership. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
Use CRM data to analyse performance, forecast results, and identify improvement opportunities.
Balance strategic oversight with hands-on support to help customers unlock the full value of JOIN's platform.
Your team of Account Managers will look to you for guidance, coaching, and inspiration - while you'll be supported in developing your leadership and strategic decision-making skills further.
We don't believe in checklists - but if most of these apply to you, we'd love to chat:
7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
Proven track record of driving customer retention and business growth through strategic account management.
Fluent in German and English.
Bonus points for:
Experience in HR Tech or recruitment software.
Familiarity with data-driven performance management and customer health metrics.
Spanish or French).
