Your Responsibilities:

* Review fund documentation with critical analysis.
* Work independently with strict deadlines.
* Maintain corporate files for your client base.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies, lawyers, and banks.
* Deliver high-quality services to clients in a timely manner.
Your Profile:
* You hold a degree in business administration, economics, law, or finance.
* You have 1-2 years of experience in corporate governance, preferably within the fund industry or a similar regulated environment.
* You have a good understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry (actors, laws, and regulations).
* You are fluent in English, with any other language considered an asset.
* You possess diligence, organization, and strong communication skills.
* You can act proactively and are team-oriented.
