Role: Head of Sales
Location: Munich
Languages: German and English
Work Policy: 2 days in office per week
Responsibilities
* Coach and train the sales team
* Take over closing from the CEO
* Transition from founder-led to sales-led growth
* Manage deals starting at 50K up to multi-million EUR
* Target factoring and payment firms
* Sales cycles are approximately 9-14 months
Must-Haves
* Native German speaker based in Munich
* At least 3 years of closing experience in mid-market/enterprise deals with similar complexity
* At least 1 year of leadership experience (coaching/training acceptable)
Nice to Have
* Experience selling into the financial industry
* Strong analytical skills and conversion expertise

Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to 110K EUR base plus uncapped commissions, with payout buckets based on closed deals.
