What you'll do
Controlling & Financial Reporting
* Take ownership of budget vs. actual analyses, variance analyses, and ad-hoc reports – and turn insights into meaningful business recommendations
* Play an active role in strategic, financial, cost, and revenue planning processes
* Design and analyze dashboards, KPIs, and reporting models to support both internal and external financial decision-making
* Act as a trusted business partner to department heads, supporting key financial and investment decisions
Business Intelligence
* Leverage internal and external data to identify opportunities and drive process improvements
* Further develop and optimize business intelligence systems to enable data-driven decision-making
* Contribute to cross-functional projects within the Commercial Division and help shape business processes
What you'll need
* A degree in Business Administration (focus on Controlling) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
* At least 3 years of experience in controlling or management consulting
* Advanced Excel skills, especially in working with formulas and pivot tables
* Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, OLAP databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), combined with a strong interest in data-driven and tech-enabled solutions
* Fluency in German and English
* A strong analytical mindset, high affinity for numbers, and a structured way of thinking
* Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take ownership
* Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, creativity, and a hands-on approach
