We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior Sales Consultant to join an international team supporting a large-scale digital advertising project. This role is ideal for candidates with a sales mindset, strong communication skills, and for those who are passionate about digital marketing solutions.
Your Role
* Consult and support clients with sales and marketing solutions
* Work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment
* Identify growth and upselling opportunities
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online meetings
* Deliver a high-quality customer and sales experience
Your Profile
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (experience in marketing is a plus)
* Dutch at C1 level or higher
* English at B2 level
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proactive, goal-oriented mindset
* Candidates must already be based in Berlin
Compensation
* Base salary: €2,750 gross/month
* Performance bonus: up to €687.50/month
* Language bonus: €300/month
