Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and refine customer requirements
2. Design intuitive UX concepts in close collaboration with customers
3. Implement dialog flows across multiple platforms
4. Coordinate language rollouts across markets
5. Test and evaluate dialog behavior and performance
6. Conduct UX validation to ensure high-quality user experiences
Qualifications:
7. Ideally 3 years of relevant professional experience
8. Strong programming skills (e.g. TypeScript, C/C++, Java, XML)
9. Experience in UX design and UX validation
10. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
11. Strong customer orientation
12. Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
Preferred skills:
13. Experience with speech user interfaces is a strong advantage
14. Experience in graphical design and with VoicePlate is a strong advantage
15. Experience in embedded systems development
16. Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
17. Additional language skills are a plus
Education:
18. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Systems, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
