Job Title: HRI Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HRI specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and operating the day-to-day activities of our Human Resource Information Systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources or a related field, minimum 2 years of experience in the field, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and proficiency with IT tools and systems.
* Manage user incidents, change requests in relation to HR systems and their interface with third-party systems
* Support HR units in digitalizing their processes
* Manage user permissions in HR systems
* Perform system upgrades, provide training and technical support
* Collaborate with HR units to ensure internal processes
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and operate HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR
* Support HR teams in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR systems administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of IT systems and software applications
