Your Responsibilities
You want to be involved in a role that brings together dry docks operations, managing shipyard processes, planning and exceptional organizational skills, then you are welcome to the dynamic world of the Junior Superintendent Dry Docks in which you will find yourself at the heart of a multifaceted role. * Collaborate closely with the Fleet Team, Dry Dock Team, and partner shipyards to plan, procure, coordinate, and align all required dry dock tasks
* Contribute to the preparation, monitoring, and execution of comprehensive large-scale passenger ship refit programs, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery across all disciplines and stakeholders
* Responsible for drafting technical specifications, managing administrative functions, and controlling budgets
* Drive ongoing improvement and dynamic optimization of individual responsibilities and overall dry dock operations
* Provide support to the full Dry Dock Team through preparation of reports, statistics, performance monitoring, and analysis of shipyard progress
* Perform other duties as assigned
Your Profile
* Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in marine engineering, ship building, ship operations or any related field
* At least 1 year of professional experience in ship handling or shipyard operations, shipboard experience is desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) with strong project management skills
* Solid foundation in MS Office and MS Project
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management
* Very good English language skills! (English is our company language)
