Key responsibilities
► Identify and approach potential clients and establish long-term business relationships
► Conduct market and competitor research to spot new opportunities
► Initiate contact through phone, email, and digital channels (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
► Arrange and conduct sales meetings (at least the first meeting)
► Support tender and offer management: prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations
► Assist in maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
► Collaborate with internal teams to shape customer-specific IT solutions
► Keep CRM systems up to date and provide regular reports to management
► Support the preparation and follow-up of client meetings
► Participate in campaigns, mailings, and events (e.g., trade fairs, webinars)
Competencies we are looking for
► Initial professional experience in sales, ideally within IT or services
► Basic understanding of IT products and services
► Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions across various channels
► Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
► Proficiency in German (business fluent) and good English skills
► Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
► Reliability, self-motivation, and organizational skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
► Basic knowledge of SAP
► Experience in B2B sales
