Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:The Private Cloud AI Solution Architect is responsible for architecting solutions that will achieve customer business outcomes in combination with all necessary third-party components (e.g. software and integration). They develop and articulate compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals and ensure customer's business and technical requirements are met. They provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers (through sales presentations, product/solution demonstrations, etc.) aimed at gaining the customer mindshare within HPE’s Private Cloud AI solutions.As a Private Cloud AI Solution Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling HPE’s cutting-edge Private Cloud AI turn-key solution, co-engineered with NVIDIA. Your expertise will help enterprises scale AI projects from pilot to production, simplifying their AI journey. You'll combine technical prowess with customer engagement, driving impactful solutions and showcasing HPE's leadership in AI technologies.Your Key Responsibilities:Develops compelling customer proposals and reviews them, managing expectations of internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring all business and technical requirements are met.Quantifies the impact of business problems, positions business value, and assesses the strengths and weaknesses of proposed solutions to meet long-term objectives.Provides input to global business units to address IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs.Translates outcome-based solutions into functional and technical designs that align with customer needs and can scale with growth.Communicates how the solution addresses customer business needs and demonstrates value.Tracks emerging technologies and industry developments through conferences, social media, and industry events.Gathers and applies competitive intelligence to support account strategies.Leads account business planning, leveraging industry and customer insights.Builds and maintains strong relationships with customer executives and internal teams, advocating for technical strategies.Produces comparative analyses of alternative approaches and develops workload solutions balancing cost, scope, and benefits.Leverages partner products and services, transferring knowledge to external partners to deliver solutions.Identifies and nurtures sales opportunities, monitors pipelines, and participates in sales forecasting.Documents work activities and shares best practices with peers.About YouDeep knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) with ability to demonstrate and architect solutions.Experience in delivering AI, private cloud, or enterprise IT solutions with measurable success.Familiarity with NVIDIA-based solutions and HPE’s AI technologies is highly desirable.8–12 years of technical experience in IT, focusing on consulting and solution selling.Proven ability to lead solution configurations, demos, and proofs-of-concept.Strong understanding of product portfolios, solution domains, and how to combine them to meet customer needs.Excellent communication, persuasion, and business acumen, including understanding of financial concepts like TCO/ROI.Advanced skills in consultative selling, objection handling, and closing.Hands-on experience with relevant products, solutions, or tools.Ability to design and deliver product demonstrations and walkthroughs.Strong project management and analytical skills.Knowledge of partner offerings and go-to-market strategies.Additional Skills:Accountability, Active Learning, Listening, Assertiveness, Building Rapport, Customer Experience, Design Thinking, Empathy, Financial Acumen, Industry Knowledge, Long-Term Planning, Managing Ambiguity, and more.What We Can Offer You:Health & Wellbeing: Comprehensive benefits supporting physical, financial, and emotional health.Development: Programs to help reach your career goals, whether deepening expertise or exploring new areas.Inclusion: We celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.Let's Stay Connected:Follow @HPECareers on Instagram for updates on people, culture, and technology at HPE.Job: SalesJob Level: TCP_04HPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and values diversity.
