Manufacturing business process expert (m/w/d)

You will support the harmonisation agenda by establishing standard working procedures (SWPs) to drive best practices, efficiency, and consistency across the value chain — from raw materials to finished products.
As a Business Process & Specifications Expert , you will:
Analyse the portfolio of materials, intermediates, and formulations, and provide structured overviews to support the harmonisation agenda
Ensure, together with IT, that specifications and ERP/PLM systems are fit for purpose
Develop and manage approval workflows and support teams (Product Development, Quality, Procurement) in adopting new ways of working
Support the rollout of a company-wide PLM solution, including User Acceptance Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live activities
Ensure accurate and complete data migration from legacy systems into the new PLM solution
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Solid experience in FMCG (ideally food industry) and R&D processes
Understanding of processes within the food production environment
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in an international environment
Fluency in English
