Responsibilities
:
1. Provide leadership and overall responsibility for the site's operational excellence.
2. Drive delivery, cost, and cycle time improvements, ensuring the implementation of initiatives to create a world-class operating environment.
3. Develop short and long-range plans to guarantee the attainment of operational results.
4. Oversee Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Working Capital, and Human Resources functions.
5. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and accountability in achieving business goals.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
6. BA or BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management.
7. 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain management.
8. Proven experience in Operations Management within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment.
9. Understanding of P&L and operations financial management.
10. Green belt, Black Belt, or Lean Certification preferred.
11. Fluency in German and English required.
