Office Manager / Executive Assistant
to take responsibility for the office, support the advisory team of including the Managing Director), and work closely with their fabulous HR Manager to help with
HR admin and recruiting
.

The position includes:
* Executive Assistant support to the MD & small team of Advisors, including diary management, travel organisation, expenses, and administrative support
* Office management tasks & projects alongside the Operations Manager
* Meeting & greeting guests, setting up meetings and overseeing the office environment
* HR administration & recruiting support to the HR Manager
The firm is boutique in size, operating widely in the DACH region and wider Europe. There is a flat structure where flexibility and team spirit are key. Everyone is friendly, busy and motivated, and every member of staff is included when celebrating the business's success.
Requirements:
* Fluent German and advanced level English (spoken & written)
* Experience in a similar environment & varied office support role (Executive Assistant, office management & HR)
