At Covestro, as an SAP S/4 Developer in the Sustainability department, you will drive digital transformation and develop IT solutions that make a real difference. Your expertise will help us achieve our ambitious sustainability goals while meeting the legal requirements of the EU Green Deal. In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can expect an attractive starting salary between €77,600/year and €93,900/year plus a variable component for full-time employment. The starting salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
What you can expect from us:
1. You will support the implementation of our digital transformation strategy in the areas of sustainability and ESG (environment, social, governance).
2. As part of the team, you will design and implement customized IT solutions in the SAP S/4 environment, in particular the S/4 Sustainable Suite.
3. You will accompany our key users on their sustainability journey through targeted training and ongoing support.
4. In close cooperation with various stakeholders, you will review workflows, optimize processes, and develop innovative solutions for our sustainability goals.
5. You will be responsible for transferring the developed solutions into operational use and maintaining them
6. In a transformative environment, you will respond quickly to new legal requirements and ensure that our systems are adapted accordingly
7. You will independently manage projects of limited scope or take on sub-projects within your area of responsibility
This profile will convince us:
8. You have a master's degree in sustainability, economics, engineering, or computer science.
9. You have initial, solid professional experience in SAP Workbench and programming in supply chain modules.
10. Sound project management skills and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
11. You have a basic knowledge of business administration and a technical understanding of SAP logistics modules.
12. You inspire others with your willingness to learn, especially in the IT field, and you radiate empathy.
13. Intercultural experience, team orientation, and flexibility round out your profile.
14. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for global collaboration.
