Join a fast-growing global technology company helping businesses successfully adopt digital tools and solutions. We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to guide customers through onboarding and ensure they gain maximum value from the platform.
This role focuses on customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and driving adoption — not sales.

What You'll Do
* Conduct customer onboarding sessions and product orientation
* Deliver demos and presentations using prepared materials
* Help customers implement the solution over a 5–10 week adoption period
* Tailor the platform setup to customer needs
* Monitor customer adoption and engagement rates
* Share best practices to ensure successful product usage
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
What We're Looking For
* C1/C2 German (mandatory)
* English B2 or higher
* Comfortable presenting and speaking on camera
* Strong communication and customer engagement skills
* Technically confident with digital tools and platforms
* Ability to guide customers through structured onboarding processes
Salary & Bonus
* Base Salary: €1,687.26/month (×12)
* Quarterly Bonus: €728.59
Estimated total compensation:
* €1,687 – €1,930+ monthly equivalent depending on bonus
