What Were Looking For:
* Sales Proficiency: 18-24 months as an SDR in SaaS/IT or 6-12 months in B2B sales, with experience in SaaS, software vendors, or systems integrators.
* Strong Communicator: Fluent in both German and English with a knack for prospecting, discovery calls, and impactful presentations.
