As Senior Product Impact Engineer, you will help shape the processes of our platform integrations and ensure that each of our customers has an excellent experience with Qualitatio. You will be a trusted technical contact for our customers and lead our team in complex technical projects and applied product management. You will work with major clients from Day 1 and take decisions that shape the company.

YOUR ROLE
* Lead architecture reviews with CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders
* Diagnose and resolve integration issues across networks, security systems, and enterprise IT.
* Coach and support junior engineers and customers on Linux, Kubernetes, containers, and deployments.
* Pilot new use cases on site and feed the insights directly into the product backlog.
* Translate technical constraints into clear business risks and choices.
* Work closely with internal and external teams to develop the product roadmap.
WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
* 5+ years of experience as an integration or infrastructure architect, systems engineer, or in a comparable role.
* Deep expertise in Linux and networking technologies (TCP / IP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls).
* Proven ability to troubleshoot at every layer, from ARP tables through distributed databases.
* Comfortable communicating with executives and delivering technical solutions on site.
* A passion for complex technical challenges and a hands‑on approach in the field.
* Business‑fluent in German and English.
