Your Role
As Central Culinary Request Coordinator (m/f/d) you receive, validate and coordinate the culinary projects for Food & Beverage within the EAME region. As a member of the EAME Portfolio Team, you have a key role ensuring the organizational focus on requests in line with the strategy. You are the binding element between our sales and our technical departments.
This requisition is a fulltime position to be located in our Global Headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.
* You act as the gatekeeper for requests/opportunities towards the Technical Team from both Sales, Categories and Strategic Portfolio, ensuring the opportunities meet defined criteria and guarantees agreed capacity balance between Customer Projects following our B2C process and Proactive Initiatives.
* You prioritize requests between Market Clusters and between Categories according to harmonized and pre-defined criteria.
* You check incoming requests for completeness and feasibility, clarifying with Sales &/or Local Request Coordination information gaps and questions.
* You assign requests to B2C Route 1, 2 (application) or 3 (creation), or reject the request.
* You answer requests in B2C Routes 1 and 2 from the existing portfolio.
* You collect and distributes samples and customer bases needed for the request.
* You lead the Request Coordination Meeting ensuring the meeting is prepared and decisions executed on time.
* You lead the In-Progress Request Meeting ensuring proper project management
* You inform Product Management Team about gaps in the portfolio identified from customer requests.
* You report on the project pipeline, measure and interpret B2C KPIs, conduct lessons learned for key and strategic requests where required and propose and take corrective actions.
About You
* You have a good understanding of the Food Industry from a commercial & technical perspective.
* You have at least 5 years of proven experience in the Food & Beverage Industry.
* You have good communication and negotiation skills.
* You are an experienced project manager for savoury, flavors or ingriedients.
* You are fluent in both written and verbal english and ideally have a good command of another major language such as german.
