Your team consists of a sales manager, finance manager, 3 administrative colleague’s and a team of ~15 service engineers / service supporting roles. The finance and sales manager also have a reporting line to the global functional leaders. You ideally have proven general management capabilities, like to be actively involved in sales and have experience with capital goods. Translate companywide ambition and strategy to ambition and strategy for the German speaking market;
Lead by example showing exemplary teamwork and creating a company culture that inspires customers and employees, promotes improvement and innovation, and offers employees the opportunity to grow;
Managing, coaching and motivating all team members on results, competencies and company culture;
Efficient and effective execution of all relevant processes and activities, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with overall company policy for relevant area (sales, service, HR, Finance), liaising with relevant global functional leaders.

~5+ years of experience in a senior sales position, proven general management capabilities;
~ A Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, economics or business administration;
~ You have excellent command of the German and English language in a technical and commercial setting.
