We are looking for Marketing & PR Manager (all genders) for our team! Responsibilities : Develop comprehensive marketing and PR strategies aligned with company objectives. Plan and coordinate exhibitions and trade shows, including logistical arrangements, booth layout, personnel management, and liaising with vendors and agencies. Manage relationships with service providers such as booth builders, press agencies, and marketing firms, ensuring quality delivery of services. Oversee translation and proofreading of marketing materials between German and English. Collaborate closely with Product Management and Sales teams to develop effective marketing tools tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences. Create and execute an annual marketing plan specifically focused on Energy Storage Systems (ESS) products. Generate compelling content for ESS customers, enabling them to effectively promote A123's ESS offerings. Organize and execute client events to foster relationships and promote brand awareness. Curate and manage content for official social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with the target audience. Implement strategies to enhance A123 brand awareness and perception within the European market. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) in marketing and public relations roles, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry. Proven ability to negotiate with external organizations. Demonstrated creativity and proactive attitude in previous roles. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Fundamental understanding of core technology and its benefits, with the ability to identify unique selling points. Ability to think and act creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies. Thrives in a start-up culture with minimal or developing policies and procedures. Confident in sharing opinions with all levels of management. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently. Excellent proficiency in both German and English languages Proficient in MS Office and Adobe software suites for effective marketing material creation and management.
