WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT In our projects, you will independently support executives from well-known clients in various industries in digitizing their core business, embedded in our project teams. Depending on your professional experience, you will take responsibility for specific topics, (sub)projects, and the further development of our internal processes and methods. You will translate the latest technology trends into innovative business ideas and derive sustainable business models and strategies. Through customer, competitor, and best-practice analyses, you create well-founded decision-making bases and actively shape innovative customer workshop formats, playing a crucial role in them. WHAT YOU BRING ALONG An above-average completed degree, ideally with a focus on business, technology, IT, or innovation. Relevant professional experience and/or internships in the strategy/digital/E-commerce area of a company or in an established management consulting firm. Experience and enthusiasm for at least one of the following topics: Digital business models, corporate strategy, change management, transformation management, (agile) organizational development, multi-channel, customer experience, online marketing, CRM, M/E-commerce, IT systems, IoT, connected life. Strong analytical skills, a high willingness to learn, convincing presentation skills, and communication strength in both German and English.
