What you´ll do
* Plan, execute, and manage Power‑to‑Heat and decarbonization projects from concept to commissioning within industrial infrastructure environments
* Support the electrification of heat generation, including technologies such as heat pumps, electric boilers, thermal storage, and integration of renewable electricity
* Lead and support general infrastructure and energy projects, including utilities, process heat, water and site energy systems
* Prepare technical concepts, feasibility studies, cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments
* Coordinate engineering disciplines, internal stakeholders (operations, HSE, procurement etc.), and external contractors or engineering partners
* Ensure compliance with Henkel standards, local regulations, safety requirements, and sustainability goals
* Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on milestones and KPIs
* Preparing and tracking of project schedules, general project management in accordance with our standards and procedures
* Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across Henkel’s global infrastructure community
* Working as part of the infrastructure engineering team to ensure the smooth development & handover of systems from conception to commissioning and into sustaining operations
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Chemical, or comparable)
* Minimum of 3-5 years in project engineering or project management within industrial, energy or infrastructure environments
* Solid understanding of thermal energy systems, utilities, or industrial energy supply
* Previous experience in Power‑to‑Heat, electrification, and decarbonization technologies
* Experience working with external contractors, suppliers, and engineering firms
* Structured, collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional and international teams
* Fluency in German is a must; Working proficiency of English is required
