As an experienced HR Professional, you will cover the full range of HR activities and work closely with business leaders to execute HR and business strategies.
This senior individual contributor role reports into the Lead HR Business Partner for Cognex's Engineering organizations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Align HR strategies with business objectives by partnering with leaders to ensure effective workforce planning and performance management.
* Support organizational design and structure to optimize talent and drive business success.
* Enhance productivity by facilitating ongoing performance discussions, coaching, and implementing necessary disciplinary actions or terminations.
* Revise organizational designs and resource allocation to effectively support business goals.
* Create a change-ready culture and use data to predict and plan strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent that aligns with Cognex's values and mission.
