The role ensures that the right people, processes and equipment are in place to provide safe, high‑quality medical support in offshore environments. Acting as the key link between our clinical teams and the client, you will lead a team of Notfallsanitäter and SRHT Leads, oversee workforce readiness, maintain compliance with German regulations and manage the operational budget. You will be the client’s primary point of escalation for service‑related matters, ensuring confidence in our ability to deliver exceptional care in challenging conditions. Clinical Governance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all deployed personnel adhere to clinical standards and operational protocols.Monitor compliance with evidence‑based practices and internal quality processes.Liaise with German Medical Director and oversee incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.2. Workforce ManagementLead and coordinate a team of Notfallsanitäter and SRHT Leads.Validate qualifications, competencies and readiness of staff before deployment.Manage scheduling and rostering to ensure optimal coverage and capability.3. Operational ReadinessGuarantee that all medical teams have the correct equipment, medications and consumables.Maintain oversight of inventory, equipment servicing and logistical support.Implement systems to track operational preparedness across all sites.4. Client Relationship & EscalationAct as the primary point of escalation for the client regarding medical staffing and service delivery.Provide timely updates and solutions to operational or clinical challenges.Build strong relationships to ensure client confidence and satisfaction.5. Budget OversightManage the operational budget for medical staffing and resources.Monitor expenditure against agreed limits and identify cost efficiencies.Support financial reporting related to staffing and equipment costs.6.
