DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions
* Build/grow your own candidate pipeline/portfolio
* Prepare the candidates' CVs for submission to clients
* Arrange interviews with candidates for senior consultants
* Contact potential clients via phone or email
* Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/fluent in German or French or Italian, both oral and written. Fluent in English
* Recent graduate
* No previous recruitment experience
* Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered an advantage
* Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
* Customer-oriented with an ability to build and nurture the relation
* An ability to work within tight timescale and meet deadlines
* A “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
* Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office package
* Ability to travel in line with the business needs
* Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Eligible to live and work in Czech Republic
