Position: Collaborative Project Assistant
Mission:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a collaborative project assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in project management and work closely with our HR operations team.
About the Job:
As a collaborative project assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our team in various projects. Your tasks will include creating presentations, managing internal knowledge systems, and collaborating with team members on current projects.
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging presentations to represent our department and showcase project outcomes
* Develop and maintain our internal knowledge management system to ensure seamless information exchange among team members
* Support the People Services team in their current projects, providing assistance and expertise where needed
* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for digitalization and automation of HR processes
Requirements:

* Strong motivation and enthusiasm for learning and growth
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to apply them effectively
* Ability to work independently and maintain focus under pressure
* Prior experience in project management is a plus
* Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program for at least two semesters
