The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with strong persuasive ability, able to engage difficult-to reach stakeholders through a mix of relationship-building, creative networking, and adaptive sales techniques. They should be confident navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, positioning opportunities in ways that generate interest, and using both traditional and innovative routes to gain access to key contacts.What We OfferA permanent employment in a fast growing and energetic company looking to shake up the Space IndustryHighly competitive salary package30 days of paid annual leave, plus the ESOC holidays (14 extra days)Relocation supportTasks and Responsibilities:Coordinate the bidding service team as well as the supporting technical experts to plan, prepare, write and submit proposalsBe responsible and accountable for the success of quality bid preparations and submission in due time, in particular ensuring that complex technical concepts are written clearly and comprehensivelySupport the business development team in identifying projects milestones and customer needsSupport the development of innovative products and servicesDevelop and maintain a network of relationships with potential customers and partners to anticipate future needs and maintain active projectsIdentify new market opportunities in collaboration with external partners to gain or improve stakeholder relationships and secure new business contractsEnsure the overall performance of assigned projects from a financial, technical, contractual, and customer satisfaction standpointEnsure that all projects are supported with the appropriate Service Level Manager and expert team with sufficient level of planning and organization (kick-off meeting, follow-on service review meetings) and self-sustainingEnsure that all projects are accurately documented and coordinate with all other functional areas (accounting, legal, sales, technical)Carry out market and competition analysisPromote the company by participating to marketing activities, trade fair participation and conferencesReport on activities and strategic planningThe ideal Candidate:Excellent command of English, with proven written ability. A working knowledge of German language would be an advantage.Ability to write concise professional service proposals on complex and highly technical matters.Capacity to work in parallel on a high number of tasks in an orderly and disciplined manner.Knowledge of the Space industry and/or Service industryUniversity degree, or proven ability to perform the tasks commensurate with such a formal academic qualification.Business acumen with experience of budget responsibility and business plansAbility to motivate and influence internal and external stakeholders to bring project to successful completion.Excellent interpersonal skillsAble to manage high pressure situations in a professional and timely manner.PC literacy, especially with the Office 365 suiteApply NowAre you up to the challenge of a new opportunity to evolve your career?Come and meet us or send your CV to: jonothan.mackay@exostaff.de #J-18808-Ljbffr
