ServiceNow Solutions Architect – Germany (Remote / Hybrid)
Location: Germany | Travel: 30–50% | Permanent
I’m currently supporting a leading international IT services and software company that is expanding its ServiceNow practice and looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their growing German team.

The RoleAs a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will:
1. Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow customer projects.
2. Work across CSM, FSM, SPM, SOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
3. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, value-adding solutions.
4. Engage directly with customers, building trust and long-term partnerships.
5. Drive best practices, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across teams.
6. Deliver solutions on time, on budget, and within scope.
What You Bring
7. 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in complex implementations.
8. Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and integrations.
9. Strong background in customer-facing roles, solution design, and delivery.
10. ServiceNow certifications (desired).
11. Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies (advantage).
12. Fluent German & English.
13. Degree in IT or equivalent professional background.
14. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
