Flight Attendant
We are seeking a Flight Attendant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the aviation industry, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our passengers and crew.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Performing all safety and security-related tasks, including emergency procedures;
* Communicating effectively with cabin crew members and flight crew members to ensure seamless operations;
* Providing assistance to special category passengers and administering first aid when needed;
* Staying updated on regulations, documents, and instructions provided by our airline.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Secondary education diploma (Bac) or equivalent;
* Swimming and/or rescue certificate;
* Be at least 18 years old and fit for flights;
* Ability to work irregular schedules and weekends;
* Flexibility with layovers at outstations;
* Basic knowledge of office applications;
* Customer-oriented, smart appearance, and respect for internal uniform dress code;
* Excellent communication skills in English, French, and German (spoken & written).
Desirable criteria include:
* Excellent customer contact and service orientation;
* Basic knowledge of Luxembourgish;
* Ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the company;
* Proficiency in tools used in the department;
* Responsibility, dynamism, team orientation, and stress management.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of additional languages as a major asset for this function.
