The Role
On our team, you’ll use your analytical skills and data science knowledge to create real-world impact. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, then analyze their data-rich environments to find solutions. You’ll develop algorithms and systems, using appropriate tools and frameworks to transform disparate data points into objective answers that help clients make informed decisions. Ultimately, you’ll provide a deep understanding of the data and its potential uses.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or data mining
* 2+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis
* Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
* Experience briefing senior DoD leadership on technical deliveries
* Ability to work independently across the entire analytics development process
* Knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Natural Language Processing
* Knowledge of Advana
* TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Skills
* 2+ years of developing algorithms using R, Python, or SQL and NoSQL
* 2+ years of experience with distributed data or computing tools like MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL
* Experience with Palantir Products
Additional Information
Clearance: Applicants must undergo a security investigation; TS/SCI clearance required.
Compensation: Range is $77,500 - $176,000 annually, depending on various factors including experience and location.
Work Model: Flexibility for in-person or remote work, with periodic site visits if listed as remote or hybrid.
