Human Resources Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to support our client, a leading international law firm, in Luxembourg.
This role is part of a broader HR strategy focused on delivering high-quality support across all strategic and operational HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to maintain accurate records, process payroll, and provide exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain up-to-date employee databases and manage the HR Information System
* Organize medical check-ups and handle health insurance affiliations for employees
* Process monthly payroll, liaise with external providers, review payslips, and resolve any discrepancies
* Handle payroll-related inquiries, such as overtime and reimbursements
* Manage employee absences, including leave, sickness, and special leave
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners, the HR team, and the Finance department
* Ensure accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed
* Review and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
