What You'll do
* Define and drive the overall quality strategy for a diverse global business unit portfolio
* Oversee all aspects of quality management – from product release and supplier qualification to continuous improvement initiatives
* Proactively initiate preventive and corrective actions to enhance product, process, and operational performance
* Lead, develop and inspire cross‑regional quality teams key suppliers across Europe, the US, and Asia
* Collaborate closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to multiple functional areas including Hilti´s top management
* Build a strong internal and external network that supports long‑term career growth and open doors for future leadership opportunities
* Shape the quality culture within the organization and influence strategic decisions through data‑driven insights
What You’ll Bring
* Advanced academic background with a Master’s degree or higher, ideally in chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial / process engineering, material sciences, or a related field
* A proven track record in Quality Management with state‑of‑the‑art methodological know‑how, ideally in product development, quality in manufacturing, and Supplier Quality Management
* Sharp business acumen, enabling you to balance technical expertise with strategic decision‑making
* Strong leadership track record, including several years of managing international teams of 5+ people, with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive success in complex cross‑functional matrix environments
* Experience with industrial mass production, ideally in chemical—and also mechanical—production is advantageous
* Strong interpersonal skills to perform successfully in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
* Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
* Willingness to regularly travel internationally, mainly in Europe and the US
