As a working student d/f/m in the Global Mobility Hub within the Human Resources department, you will support our international team, particularly in invoice verification for global assignments. You will gain valuable insights into international accounting: reviewing incoming invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness, and actively contributing to the processing of international assignment costs. In addition, you will gain exposure to day-to-day operations as well as exciting projects in the field of Global Mobility and international HR.
About the role
1. Support in reviewing and recording incoming invoices
2. Verify the formal and factual accuracy of documents
3. Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal contacts
4. Maintain and update invoice data in our ERP system (e.g., SAP)
Job requirements and experience
5. Currently enrolled in a Business Administration or related degree program
6. Initial professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping is desirable
7. Careful, structured, and independent working style
8. Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
9. SAP knowledge is an advantage
10. Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
11. Reliable and goal-oriented work ethic, strong team orientation, good communication skills
12. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
