* The customer support specialist will act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Effective communication with internal teams is crucial to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination of solutions.
* Multiple tasks and deadlines must be prioritized and managed to guarantee timely responses.
* Accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions are essential for continuous improvement.
* Clear explanations and guidance on processes, products, and services are provided to customers.
* Support is given to the creation of customer reports, documentation, and other relevant materials.
* Ongoing opportunities for service process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement are identified and implemented.
Qualifikationen
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related field is required; PhD holders are not considered.
* Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
* High organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with scientific topics and ability to explain them clearly.
* Knowledge of standard office software and CRM systems is desirable.
