Your new responsibilities
* Accountability for group-wide financial risk management
* Development, coordination, and implementation of hedging strategies for currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks
* Independent consulting of group entities on all aspects of financial risk management
* Responsibility for liquidity management and execution of trading transactions with banks and group companies
* Reporting within the framework of risk management
* Support of financial planning processes
* Compliance with regulatory requirements and participation in audit processes
* Analysis and implementation of process optimizations in risk management
* Support of M&A projects as well as participation in various treasury-related projects
Who we are looking for
* Completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Solid expertise in financial risk management (currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks), treasury management, cash & liquidity management, as well as derivative trading, valuation, and hedging Instruments
* Experience in banking/trading environment is an advantage
* Experience with SAP desirable
* Strong advisory skills when interacting with national and international group entities
* Ability to present complex financial topics in a targeted and comprehensible way to management and audit bodies
* Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary project teams, including M&A and group-wide treasury projects
* Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
