Your mission
We are looking for a Service Center Manager to lead our operations and field team. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality, cost-effective service while keeping safety and profitability top of mind. You will also lead local commercial and lifecycle initiatives to help grow our business and build long-term customer loyalty.
This position will be based in Munich & Augsburg.
Key responsibilities
1. Managing and administering daily service operations to ensure on-time delivery, high quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
2. Ensuring safety and quality at the service center and within the region to maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
3. Developing operational performance and promoting initiatives for continuous improvement.
4. Leading and developing technicians to ensure their skills and competencies meet required standards.
5. Providing technical guidance and support as needed to resolve service issues.
6. Planning and coordinating orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the availability of spare parts to maintain operational readiness.
7. Ensuring service profitability through effective cost control and resource planning.
8. Promoting local commercial initiatives through installed base management, lifecycle activation, and customer retention to expand the service business and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
9. Fostering a strong safety culture by enforcing safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
10. Ensuring that all tools, equipment, vehicles, and facilities are properly maintained and suitable for safe and efficient operation.

17. Technical proficiency and solid knowledge of maintenance procedures
18. Proven leadership qualities
19. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and initiative regarding service, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
20. Promotes collaboration, respect, and open communication within the team
21. Fluency in the local language
22. Proficiency in English
23. Valid driver's license
