About the company

Responsibilities
2. Lead monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reporting in collaboration with the accounting team
3. Build and maintain robust Budgeting and Forecasting models
4. Establish controlling procedures with recent acquisitions and lead the financial integration to the Group
5. Support on the regular creation of forecast with giving guidance on steering, potentials and risks associated
6. Provide financial projections and analysis to support long-term financial planning and business growth
7. Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for optimization
8. Drive the improvement of existing processes on monthly reports
9. Guide our most recent acquisitions in the post-M&A integration and adaptation in reporting
Profile
10. Have relevant work experience in financial planning and controlling
11. Be familiar with German-GAAP and IFRS
12. Have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders in an agile environment
13. Are analytical at heart - with strong skills in reporting to the senior management
14. Are structured, results oriented, with a great ability to reduce complexity
15. Have strong writing and speaking skills in German and English
16. Experience with SAP as a plus
