Working Schedule:
* Monday to Friday 08:00 to 20:00 (rotational shifts)
* Saturday & Sunday 08:00 to 17:00
* 2 rotational days off per week
About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Search Engine & Technical Customer Service Representative to support one of the worlds leading technology and search engine platforms.
In this role, you will assist users with technical issues, product navigation, account troubleshooting, and general customer inquiries, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical and product support to users via phone, chat, and email.
* Assist customers with issues related to search engine tools, account access, settings, and navigation.
* Diagnose and resolve technical problems following established procedures.
* Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
* Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and clarity in all communications.
* Follow KPIs, internal guidelines, and service quality standards.
Requirements
* Fluent German (mandatory).
* Good communication level in English.
* Previous experience in customer service and/or technical support is an advantage.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with digital tools.
* Comfortable working in rotating schedules (including weekends).
* Excellent communication, patience, and customer-oriented mindset.
