Accounting Assistant Position
* The primary function of this role is to record and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and up-to-date.
* This includes accounts receivable and payable, as well as the reconciliation of intercompany balances.
* The selected candidate will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports, with a focus on providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
* Additionally, the accounting assistant will be responsible for the general administration of bank accounts, including the creation of payment orders and the maintenance of bank balances.
* Other tasks may include administrative support and ad-hoc requests from the finance team.
Your role will involve close collaboration with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
