Key Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
* A degree in Business, IT, or a related field (a Master's is preferred).
* No less than 5 years of experience in bid/proposal management within IT Consulting and Technology Services.
* A deep understanding of Public Sector procurement processes, particularly complex European Institutions Public Tenders.
