I'm looking for an experienced Solution Architect with deep knowledge of One Identity Manager (OIM) to lead the design of secure and scalable identity solutions. You’ll shape technical concepts, collaborate with business teams, estimate implementation efforts, and guide architectural decisions. Your solid background in .NET, OIM connectors (especially to SAP), and modeling via BPMN or UML will be key. If you also bring SAP S/4HANA or Fiori experience, even better.
🚀 Project
- creating technical concepts (implementation templates for development in One Identity Manager – OIM)
- providing technical support during the creation of business concepts
- coordinating with the business conception team regarding described requirements
- estimating effort for technical solutions within the project
- moderating workshops on technical architecture topics related to the domain
- conducting reviews of design, code, and tests
- promoting and driving implementation of the technological strategy, technical knowledge sharing, innovation, and standardization within the project
🎯 Skills
- at least 5 years of experience as a technical architect or technical concept designer
- at least 3 years of experience with One Identity Manager (OIM)
- at least 2 years of experience with the OIM SAP Connector or comparable connectors between SAP and IAM systems
- methodological competence in using BPMN or UML for concept development, proven by at least 2 reference projects
- at least 2 years of programming experience in object-oriented .NET programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C#, VB.NET, SQL)

- experience with SAP User Management and SAP Role Management, based on at least two project references
- experience with SAP Fiori, based on at least two project references
- experience with SAP S/4HANA, based on at least two project references
- methodological competence in developing requirements in project management, demonstrated by training certificates
