Aufgaben:
* Ensure world-class performance of cutting-edge high end digital hardware products by developing and owning methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification
* Design and implement high-impact diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ software environment, tightly coupled with advanced hardware
* Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and state-of-the-art lab equipment at the forefront of current technology
* Act as the technical bridge from development to production and customers, rolling out solutions and supporting manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide
* Analyze production and field data to identify issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to the limits of what is technically possible
Qualifikationen:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* Solid experience in C++ programming and a strong grasp of object-oriented design principles
* Solid understanding of digital hardware systems, electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques
* Analytical mindset and data-driven problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze production or field data to identify root causes and improve system performance
* Ability to work across disciplines, collaborating closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing stakeholders
* Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
* Eagerness to learn and grow continuously
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
* Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, etc.)
* German language proficiency
