HR Manager – Germany

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take full responsibility for people management and HR operations for the Germany team.
This role will serve as the local HR owner, managing end-to-end HR matters while working closely with regional and global stakeholders in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End HR Management
* Take full ownership of HR operations for the Germany organization, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management
* Ensure compliance with German labor law, local regulations, and internal policies
* Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in Germany
2. Employee Relations & HR Advisory
* Manage employee relations matters, performance management support, and daily HR inquiries
* Advise line managers on people-related topics, including communication, engagement, and conflict resolution
* Maintain a professional, compliant, and healthy working environment
3. Recruitment & Workforce Support
* Support local hiring in coordination with Europe / global recruitment teams
* Manage interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding for Germany-based hires
4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination
* Coordinate with local payroll and benefits providers
* Support compensation benchmarking, salary adjustments, and annual review cycles
* Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and documentation
5. Global & Regional Collaboration
* Partner closely with Europe and global HR teams to ensure alignment with company-wide HR frameworks
* Localize global HR initiatives and policies for the Germany organization
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
* Strong understanding of German labor law and local HR practices
* Proven ability to independently manage full-spectrum HR responsibilities
* Fluent English (working language); German required for local operations
* Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and adaptable to a fast-growing organization
