Ecolab is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing carrier performance, resolving logistics issues, and ensuring safety standards across our transportation network. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Service, Divisions, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, cost control, and customer satisfaction. How You’ll Make an Impact: Manage carriers and drive their service performance on daily basis and drive sustainable problem solving for main loss drivers Manage daily operations, solve ad hoc issues, customer claims for logistics area Ensure agreed safety standards are in place by carriers including performing regular audits. As Safety Champion, be responsible for investigation of incidents and implementation of corrective actions Reporting and Cost Controlling for Customer Delivery Area, including invoice process control, tight spend control on monthly basis Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Divisions on daily basis but also lead/or participate in joint Customer Collaboration projects Identify savings opportunities and deliver respectively or support the delivery Partner with broader cross-functional teams: Planning, Warehousing and Procurement and broader European teams Reports to Logistics Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years’ of experience in a manufacturing, logistics or related environment No immigration sponsorship available Fluency in English & German is a must Operational SAP knowledge Microsoft Suite proficiency Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
